1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ludraph.top. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Any protective seals or stickers must be intact.
- The item must not be a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item (as explicitly stated at the time of purchase).
Mondriaan reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included. Write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and the new purchase.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases. Depending on availability, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
