Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing (available for an additional cost).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Mondriaan’s control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling over $50 USD.
  • For orders under $50 USD, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

Mondriaan is proud to offer international shipping to a selection of countries. Currently, we ship to:

  • United States (US)
  • European Union (EU) countries

Please note for international orders:

  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by their country’s customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Mondriaan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
